Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at energy@powesllc.com
Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email support@yourwebsite.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number with your returned item.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Packaging: Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
